I have been practicing yoga for 2 years and rock climbing for a year. When I first went up a rock wall, I realized how much being flexible helped. Shortly after that my husband who also practices yoga had a pretty nasty fall and I witnessed it. When he fell, he did a Wheel in mid air to the point that we thought he broke his back, but he was fine he wasn’t even sore. When I asked him how are you feeling he said, “yoga is the truth”.
Not only will you climb and boulder better but it will prevent you from injuries.
