Now That Radiation Is Done What Comes Next?

I just don’t know what comes next. To tell you the truth I have some fear and I miss going to the hospital everyday. The fear comes from the fact that when you finish treatment they don’t tell you that you are clear, they talk about milestones. The 1 year milestone and the 5 year and the 10 year. To be hones with you it sounds like crap to me.  I am the type of girl that needs instant gratification so I want a real answer, they can’t give me a “real answer.”

My 4th Teacher Training

Day 1 of my 4th teacher training was awesome. I am really starting to think that I am getting addicted to teacher trainings you can’t never learn enough about Yoga. After being in bed since May going thru chemo and dealing with a double mastectomy I started TT once again. Today I had a blast and can’t wait for next week.
